  The porterhouse is wonderful. The prices are what you would expect for a steakhouse in a military town. One of the greatest things about the people that own this steak house is that they have a few steakhouses in the area. The menus are the same and the food is great across the board. Great lunch specials as well.

  A typical steakhouse, good food and great rolls! Cozy at home type atmosphere with good service. It's just a but I pricy for small to normal portions.

  We were in Deridder for a funeral & spent a long evening at the wake. Tired & hungry we ended up at Double D. It was 915 pm & the posted hours were 9 pm closing. However a very sweet young lady never hesitated to seat us. Very nice. We explained we wanted it to go & again another nice young lady took our orders. The food was exceptional & the service was as fine as you can ask for! Great work by all of the crew there! Thank you for making our day!
